Every patch color, whether white, red, or gold, reads cleanly against it. That is why black has been the standard in black motorcycle vest culture for 60 years and counting.

Built for Patches

The back panel is a single unbroken piece. No center seam. No embossing getting in your way. If you’re using a full three-piece setup or just a center logo, the background is smooth and primed and ready to go. This thickness of leather will not allow patches to pull away from being sewn on or peeled off.

Fit That Works on the Bike

A men's black leather vest must be able to fit while riding, and not while just standing in front of a mirror. Our vests hug the shoulders perfectly, remain fixed even when bending forward, and can be adjusted at the sides through laced panels. You just have to measure the width of your chest and refer to our size chart.

Care That Takes 10 Minutes a Season

Wipe it off after riding in the rain. Every 3 to 4 months condition the saddle using a leather conditioner. Store it in a place where it is not exposed to direct sunlight. The use of black colored conditioner restores the deepness of the color and prevents it from drying up.That is really all it takes.

Yes. Every vest has a single-piece back panel with no seam and no embossing. It is a clean, flat surface built for a full three-piece patch set or whatever custom layout you are running.

Does it run true to size? 

These vests run true to size. Measure your chest at the fullest point and leave room for a base layer underneath. If you are between sizes, go up. The side laces will handle the rest.
