Refund policy

At Leathers Crafted, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 07 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
