Vintage & Distressed Look

Aged finish is achieved through hand rubbing to the leather and not by spraying to ensure that it will not peel onto your shirt. Leather & Patina

Full-grain leather that has been thick cut enough to keep its shape without being rigid. This one will continue to age even after you buy it. The areas that will start darkening will be the shoulders and the front edges. The body will become soft in a few months.

Styling

This timeless biker vest is perfect to wear over a basic t-shirt, black jeans and a pair of boots. In the cold months, the vest can be worn over flannel and/or a henley.If you pair it with a snap shirt and add a belt, it is more of a western style than biker.

Care

Wipe with a dry cloth after wearing.Condition twice yearly, but gently because excessive conditioning will remove the patina. Allow to dry in an area without radiators or sunlight exposure. Hang on a broad hanger to retain shoulder shape.

Is each vest's distressing unique?

Yes. The finish is applied by hand to a natural hide, so tone, grain, and wear pattern vary from vest to vest. Yours will not match the photo exactly.

Will it age further?

It will. The leather darkens, softens, and picks up its own creases along your movement lines over the first year and keeps developing after that.
